We own the copyright to all 4 Syllables content unless it says otherwise. This includes all text, images, graphics, audio commentary, visual presentations and any course-related files. Material cannot be copied, reproduced or distributed in any form by any means. All material provided and presented during training is for the sole use of the company and/or individual.

Courses

All fees must be paid before we confirm that you are registered in a public course. One ticket gives one person access to the webinar or course and related materials.

We reserve the right to modify, cancel and limit any course. We can refuse participants for any reason.

4 Syllables is not responsible for any non-refundable expenses incurred by you or others as a result of your registration, attendance at, non-attendance at, or cancellation of any course. 4 Syllables reserve the right to make changes to the courses at any time without notice.

Refunds and cancellations

We will refund registration fees up to 14 days before the webinar begins. The amount we refund will be minus all credit card fees we have paid.

Each ticket gives access to only one person.

We don’t offer refunds if you can’t make a session or are unable to view the webinar due to technical difficulties at your end.

Transfers or amendments to bookings

If you can't make it you can ask us to transfer you into another webinar or to transfer the ticket to someone else.

To transfer it to someone else, we will need to know their name, email and phone number. We will also need approval of the transfer from the person who originally purchased the ticket.

Transfers must be completed 7 days before a webinar begins.

Tickets are not transferable once a webinar has begun.

Reschedule and cancellations

We reserve the right to reschedule, modify, cancel and limit a webinar or course.

If a webinar needs to be rescheduled we will notify you as soon as possible with alternate dates.

We are not responsible for any non-refundable travel or other expenses incurred by you or another as a result of your registration, attendance at, non-attendance at, or cancellation of a webinar or course.

Recording

Recording courses, including audio, video and screen capture is not permitted.

Right to prohibit access

We will block access to our material, or eject any person from the training if we decide they are behaving inappropriately.

Communications

When you register you agree to be contacted via email, SMS or other means for the purpose of sharing information and updates related to the relevant training event. We will not be responsible for any loss, damage or injury if you did not receive one of our messages.

Promotions and offers

We reserve the right to modify, cancel and limit any promotion or offer. We reserve the right to refuse providing offers and/or promotions to particular individuals or organisations.

Indemnification/liability

Our products and services are sold “as is." In no event shall 4 Syllables be liable for any lost data or content, lost profits, business interruption or for any indirect damages arising out of or relating to the products, materials or services provided by 4 Syllables, even if 4 Syllables has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Modifications to terms and conditions

We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions without notice.
